- Exchanges & Replacements
- We hope your BuyBumbles.com jewelry has exceeded your expectations. However, if you would prefer to exchange your purchase, you may return your item within 14 days of purchase. Please notify us prior to sending the merchandise for an exchange. No refunds will be issued at any time.
- We accept exchanges on most jewelry, except on items that have been worn, altered or damaged in any way. BuyBumbles will only accept exchanges for the same style band, watch face, or earrings. Customers may not exchange merchandise for a different style. We do not accept returns. Unless the item was defective, we do not credit shipping charges. If the item was defective, naturally we will take care of all your expenses. Custom orders, clearance, or discounted items cannot be exchanged.
- In case you miscalculate your wrist size and need another band, we will ship out the second band (after receiving the first one back) for a reduced cost of $3.95 (First Class Mail Domestic only...) As long as we receive the item within 14 days from date of purchase, we will be able to charge the card you used for this additional expense. Otherwise, you can send a money order. Please take the time to figure out your proper band size (see sizing chart on link below).
